Ninja Tic Tac Toe is a variation on the classic board game of Tic Tac Toe. It is nine games of tic tac toe arranged on a giant tic tac toe board, win three boards in a row to win the game. Each move determines which board your opponent can play on. The rules may be simple, but the game is complex enough to satisfy the ninja in you.
